How to get COI

In order for us to prepare your COI form we will need some information from you and your building management. Most building management can provide a sample COI with all required information such as the certificate holder with address and additional insured. We require 24-hour notice to generate COI, they are issued directly from our insurance company. There is no additional charge for a certificate of insurance.
